Sferra x Scalamandre -- Pure Elegance
In early 2025 Sferra aligned themselves with the House of Scalamandre — known for their extensive designer fabric and wallpaper lines that has been around since 1929. With a veritable Italian heritage, the Scalamandre brand is a powerhouse in the design business. These two houses launched the SFERRA x Scalamandre collection, which reimagines Scalamandré’s archival patterns—such as the 1960s Cobblestones motif and 18th-century Palampore designs—on SFERRA’s Italian-woven bed linens.
For Spring 2026, we are excited about the two new patterns that the duo have pulled from the archives.
Cinque Terra, with its lovely light aqua/blue background, captures the vibrant spirit of the Italian Riviera through its lush printed percale. Birds, botanicals and tropical foliage blooms across Italian-woven long-staple cotton in the Sky colorway. It’s a celebration of coastal beauty and artistic heritage that brings warmth and life throughout. The second pattern introduced this year is called Baldwin Bamboo. Inspired by the elegance of bamboo lattice, Baldwin Bamboo brings a spirited graphic sensibility to the bed through its striking printed percale. Woven in Italy from 100% long-staple cotton, this collection, created in collaboration with Scalamandré, captures the interplay of structure and organic form in shades of cream, red, and aqua — drawing from the rich tradition of Asian decorative motifs.
