Returns & Exchanges

When you purchase bedding from The Linen Gallery, you may rest assured that the items you are procuring are unused and in their original packaging. As such, we require all items that are returned to be in shelf ready condition -- which is the condition you would be willing to pay full retail for.  If your purchase arrives and it is different than your expectations, we suggest you remove a pillowcase or sham from its packaging to see the product, as these are easy to re-package. Once you remove just about anything else from the package, you will not be able to successfully make it shelf ready.

Those items returned that are not shelf ready will be charged a 15% restocking fee. The following items can not be returned: Down products, custom orders, monogrammed items, clearance and discontinued items, items altered by our seamstress and used products of any kind. In addition to a restocking fee, we will reduce your credit by the amount of your free shipping. 

Not sure about an item and don't want to incur a restocking fee? Call or email us and if we can arrange to get you a sample we would be happy to have it shipped to you.

Please note that you have 30 days to return your purchase once you have received it. 

You are responsible for the cost of the return shipping .  Your return requires pre-authorization -- you may call the store or email us at Kadlinengal@aol.com.  If your item ships from our store, your package will have a return form in the box which explains our policy and needs to be returned with your shipment. We can also email you this form. Please do not ship items back to the manufacturer as your return may not be processed. Once we receive your return, please allow up to ten business days for your return to be processed. 

If you were shipped incorrect product or defective product, please contact us and we will provide a return label for you.
