Yves Delorme 2026 Orchidee Collection

We couldn’t be more excited about the new Spring/Summer collection from our favorite French designer, Yves Delorme. Part blast from the past, but with a current edge, the collection features several florals that mark a return to tradition for Yves Delorme. Over the next several weeks we will share our favorites and why they belong in your linen closet and on your bed!

It’s hard to choose which rise to the top, but Orchidee will undoubtedly become a new perennial favorite.

Printed on a luxurious organic cotton sateen using ten different colors, orchids and feline markings intertwine poetically against a softly mineral backdrop. Shades of pink highlight the orchids, and greens dominate the leaves. Additional outlines of botanics show up in shades of grey and black. And if you look closely you will see golden hues of leopard spots underlying parts of the design. To view the entire collection, please click on this link: The Orchidee Collection 2026.

And like most Yves Delorme prints, key components reverse to a second pattern — which is printed using three different colors. You’ll find these on the reverse of the duvet cover and quilt, the shams and as the fitted sheet. Here the coordinating pattern is shown as part of the quilt.

Another favorite coordinate is the Orchidia decorator pillow, featuring a lounging leopard surrounded by orchid flora and fauna. We love it in the tote too!

And to complete the look, Yves Delorme has created this marvelous leopard print throw in 100% linen. Made for them in Italy, the throw is versatile enough to be worn as a beautiful scarf.

I also love that Yves Delorme extends their collections to the bathroom. The Orchidee towels are embellished with embroidery — which varies based on the size of the towel. The base of the towel is their ever popular Etoile in the new color Amande. Or purchase the coordinating robe.

For over 32 years I have filled my Linen Chest with many an Yves Delorme print. I can never get enough of the joy it adds to the top of my bed, making the bed itself the centerpiece of the room! I tend to sleep European — that means a duvet cover, a fitted sheet and sleeping shams. And since I have six standard pillows on my bed, almost everything I own coordinates with my large collection of white percale pillowcases – some plain, some hemstitched and others with beautiful embroidery!

As a member of the Loveland Garden Club — a Garden Clubs of America Affliate, and a lover of anything floral, there is a substantial chance that this will be one more addition to my personal bedding collection!
